Heavy-duty worksites demand equipment that delivers uncompromising power, high durability, and lower operational overhead. Operating within the 8,600 to 8,800 kg weight class, the Hitachi BX100 SHINRAI is engineered specifically to excel in challenging environments such as road construction, quarry loading, brick kilns, hill cutting, and river boulder clearing.

Heavy-Duty Driveline and Hydraulic Precision

At the core of the BX100 SHINRAI is a 99 HP (73.4 kW) Cummins engine delivering consistent torque across its full RPM range. The powertrain incorporates an in-line fuel injection pump (FIP), which ensures long-term operational life while keeping routine service straightforward and economical. A proven four-wheel-drive system featuring rugged axles and a synchro-shuttle transmission enables smooth handling over uneven terrains.

Hydraulic performance is powered by tandem gear pump technology with high/low-pressure unloader systems. This configuration optimizes hydraulic oil flow on demand, significantly cutting down unnecessary fuel burn while maintaining breakout capability.

Digging Reach and Superior Loading Capabilities

The BX100 SHINRAI is built to dig deeper and reach farther than standard backhoes, making it effective for deep utility excavation and large-diameter pipe laying. In its standard backhoe configuration, it achieves a maximum digging depth of 4,700 mm and a digging force of 5,685 kgf. For extended job parameters, the long-reach configuration pushes digging depth up to 5,003 mm with a reach of 5,798 mm from the slew centre.

On the front loader end, a standard 1.1 m³ tilt bucket—or an optional 1.0 m³ 6-in-1 multi-purpose bucket—delivers best-in-class dump heights for fast loading into the center of high-sided tipper trucks.

Structural Durability and Multi-Tool Capability

Manufactured from high-grade steel using precision robotic welding, the machine’s chassis and boom structures withstand heavy cyclical stress. Quick-coupler integration allows operators to switch between a wide range of job-specific attachments, including rock breakers for demolition, augers for post-hole drilling, ripper teeth for ground clearance, ditch-cleaning buckets for solid waste handling, and specialized mulchers for vegetation management.

Operator Comfort and Extended Service Intervals

Operator efficiency is supported by a spacious, air-conditioned cabin providing panoramic visibility directly to the loader bucket and digging zones.

To keep maintenance costs low and maximize fleet uptime, service intervals are extended. The machine requires engine oil replacements every 250 hours, fuel and hydraulic filter servicing every 500 hours, transmission fluid changes every 1,000 hours, axle oil changes at 1,500 hours, and hydraulic oil replacements at 4,500 hours. Stop settling for machines that drain your operational budget through constant downtime—contact your authorized Hitachi Construction Machinery dealer today to claim the BX100 SHINRAI, lock in maximum job site profitability, and leave the competition behind.

Spend Less, Earn More: Why ÌÇÐÄVlog Trusts the EX 210LC Prime /spend-less-earn-more-why-brighton-machinery-trusts-the-ex-210lc-prime/ /spend-less-earn-more-why-brighton-machinery-trusts-the-ex-210lc-prime/#respond Wed, 05 Aug 2026 00:54:38 +0000 http://brightonmachinery.com/?p=1291

A Sensible Choice for the Bottom Line

Decades spent in the heavy equipment industry bring a certain level of practicality to ÌÇÐÄVlog Corp. The focus is entirely on reliable solutions that make real financial sense. Industrial operations require machines that work as hard as the crews operating them. For this reason, ÌÇÐÄVlog Corp highly recommends the new Tata Hitachi EX 210LC Prime.

An evaluation of the equipment’s core capabilities highlights a truly remarkable machine. The main theme of this 20-ton excavator is simple: “Spend less. Earn more”. For business leaders focused on maintaining profitability, that is exactly the right message.

High Performance, Lower Running Costs

Performance and cost savings are top priorities. This excavator is powered by a proven engine that delivers 131 horsepower. It features a smart, fuel-saving pump system that cuts down on daily fuel consumption. The real game-changer is the maintenance schedule. The hydraulic oil only needs to be replaced every 4,500 hours. The engine oil and filters can go 500 hours between changes. This ensures the machine stays on the job generating revenue, instead of sitting in a repair shop.

Smart Tech for Remote Monitoring

Modern technology offers immense value for remote management. This excavator comes equipped with a 4G telematics system. Management can sit in the office and track the machine’s exact location, check fuel levels, and monitor its overall usage. The system even sends daily text messages regarding its status. This provides incredible peace of mind by allowing close observation of the investment.

Prioritizing Operator Comfort

Crew welfare is directly tied to output. If operators are fatigued, productivity drops. The cabin on this machine is built for prime comfort. It features a suspension seat that adjusts to the operator’s weight, complete with air support for the lower back. The operating levers are 30% smoother, which greatly reduces arm fatigue. With the addition of air conditioning and a Bluetooth music system, operators remain comfortable throughout the day.

Versatility on the Job Site

Flexibility on the job site is essential. This machine is easily equipped with different buckets depending on the specific digging requirements. A rock breaker piping kit can be added for particularly tough ground. With its heavy-duty undercarriage and strengthened bucket, it remains highly dependable in rough conditions.

The Smart Investment

The bottom line is clear: the facts laid out in the ex210lc-prime-brochure.pdf prove that lacking this machine in a fleet actively costs money. The Tata Hitachi EX 210LC Prime is not just a good option; it is a mandatory upgrade for any contractor serious about protecting margins and maximizing return on investment. Companies must stop bleeding capital on wasted fuel and constant shop repairs. It is time to spend less and earn more. Contact ÌÇÐÄVlog Corp today, secure this equipment, and start driving immediate profitability into daily operations.

Maximizing Site Efficiency: A Closer Look at the ZX210-6G /engineering-efficiency-how-the-hitachi-zx210-6g-redefines-site-productivity/ /engineering-efficiency-how-the-hitachi-zx210-6g-redefines-site-productivity/#respond Tue, 21 Jul 2026 08:24:05 +0000 http://brightonmachinery.com/?p=1262

If you run a job site, you know the reality: margins are tight, deadlines shrink, and fuel costs rarely offer a break. You need to move more material faster, but you cannot burn through your operating budget or struggle with transport logistics to make it happen. You need iron that gets to work and stays at work.

At ÌÇÐÄVlog Corporation, contractors and fleet managers tell us the same thing daily: they need raw breakout force, but they also need agility. That is why we stand behind the Hitachi ZX210-6G. Engineered specifically to cut overhead and accelerate cycle times, this standard-undercarriage excavator delivers on the job.

Power Meets Compact AgilityÌý

It starts with a highly optimized footprint. The ZX210-6G is engineered with a standard, compact track frame specifically designed to maximize operational mobility. This streamlined operating weight directly translates to efficient transportability between sites, driving down heavy-hauling costs and eliminating logistical bottlenecks. Once deployed, the machine provides an exceptionally tight turning radius, making it a critical asset for urban construction, roadwork, and congested jobsites where maneuverability is a strict requirement.

But a smaller footprint does not mean a compromise in power. Under the hood, it runs the exact same four-stroke, direct-injection Isuzu CC-6BG1T engine as its heavier counterparts, delivering a proven 168 HP (125 kW). It provides the heavy-duty torque required to tear through compacted earth, ensuring your workflow stays uninterrupted without bogging down.

Hydraulics Built for Real-World Digging

Hitachi paired the Isuzu engine with their HIOS III hydraulic system to optimize fluid dynamics. Instead of simply forcing oil through the lines, HIOS III uses the natural weight of the boom during the downward stroke. By letting gravity share the workload, operators feel noticeably faster arm roll-in speeds, smoother control transitions, and significantly less mechanical friction.

When you hit a dense pocket of material, the ZX210-6G adapts. A dedicated speed boost valve on the operating lever channels oil directly from the cylinders to deliver an instant 10% increase in digging force. Your team gets the exact power spike they need, precisely when they need it, without keeping the engine redlined.

Keeping Operating Costs in Check

ÌýEquipment that burns excess fuel eats into profit margins. Thanks to the tuned engine and highly efficient hydraulics, the ZX210-6G consumes 9% less fuel than the previous ZX200-3 series.

The numbers improve further when operators engage ECO mode, dropping fuel consumption by an additional 9%—without slowing down your standard excavation speed. You move the exact same amount of material while burning significantly less diesel. Across a fleet logging hundreds of hours, these compounded savings turn into a massive reduction in total overhead.

At ÌÇÐÄVlog Corporation, our goal is to provide solutions that make your business more profitable. The Hitachi ZX210-6G gives you the perfect balance of transportability, fuel efficiency, and raw digging power. Reach out to our sales team today for full specifications, availability, and procurement details.

How ÌÇÐÄVlog Corporation Won Big at PHILCONSTRUCT 2026 /how-brighton-machinery-corporation-won-big-at-philconstruct-2026/ /how-brighton-machinery-corporation-won-big-at-philconstruct-2026/#respond Mon, 29 Jun 2026 00:00:33 +0000 http://brightonmachinery.com/?p=1274

Four intense and highly rewarding days at Philconstruct 2026 are officially over. Looking back at the events of July 25 to 28, the ÌÇÐÄVlog Corporation team achieved an extraordinary milestone. This year brought an unexpected strategy for a heavy equipment company: we did not bring a single piece of heavy machinery to the showroom floor. Instead, leadership took a calculated risk, betting entirely on our team, excellent hospitality, and pure engagement.

Free Coffee and a Prime Location

ÌÇÐÄVlog Corporation secured a fantastic spot right next to the main exit doors. Knowing thousands of visitors would walk past on their way out, the team turned the booth into a welcoming lounge instead of a simple product display.

Skipping standard tables, we set up a free coffee bar and snack station. The smell of fresh coffee worked like a charm. It invited busy builders, equipment owners, and long-time partners to step out of the noisy aisles, sit down, and chat comfortably with our Machine Sales Engineers and Product Support Sales Engineers about their business needs.

Mini-Golf, Lively Dances, and High-Quality Prizes

This event proved that heavy equipment marketing does not have to be stiff. To bring the space to life, the marketing team created activities that had the entire crowd laughing and cheering.

An indoor mini-golf green drew a steady crowd, but the real star was the Spin the Wheel challenge. We added entertaining physical twists to the wheel that kept onlookers engaged. Visitors participated in the Otso-Otso and Spaghetti Pababa dances, shouted the loud Hitachi-Landcros chant, and even competed to see who could hold the Hitachi-Landcros name in a single breath the longest.

Nobody left empty-handed. The team gave away high-quality corporate gear like Dri-Fit shirts, Polo shirts, laptop sleeves, golf balls, caps, umbrellas, hand towels, and candies.

The Big Rebranding Reveal

A major highlight of the weekend occurred when Machine Sales Engineer Mr. Royce Te was interviewed live by equipment enthusiast Mr. Albert Martinez. This gave ÌÇÐÄVlog Corporation the perfect stage to share a historic milestone: our official corporate rebranding away from the Hitachi-Landcros name. It was the perfect moment to assure partners that while our look and name are changing, our parts inventory, service capabilities, and customer support are only growing stronger.

A Victory for the Whole Team

To top off a perfect weekend, ÌÇÐÄVlog Corporation was officially awarded 1st Runner Up for Best Booth Design a huge credit to the designer who turned our corporate imagination into a physical masterpiece.

This success belongs to the entire team working together. Behind the scenes, our technicians worked tirelessly to source materials under tight deadlines. On the floor, the sales team brought high energy to help facilitate games, the engineers handled client queries all day, and management visited to support the staff.

Philcon 2026 proved that ÌÇÐÄVlog’s real strength is teamwork, dedication, and our promise to always serve clients first.

Our name is evolving, but the powerhouse reliability stays exactly the same. Let’s build your next big project together—partner with ÌÇÐÄVlog Corporation today!

Mission Ready: Powering the Pulse of Carmen Copper /mission-ready-powering-the-pulse-of-carmen-copper/ /mission-ready-powering-the-pulse-of-carmen-copper/#respond Fri, 15 May 2026 08:00:07 +0000 http://brightonmachinery.com/?p=1256

In the heart of Cebu’s rugged highlands, where the earth yields the vital minerals that power our modern world, a massive new machine has officially taken its place on the front lines. ÌÇÐÄVlog Corporation (BMC) has deployed the Hitachi EX2000-7 to our partners at Carmen Copper Corporation, the heavy-hitting subsidiary of Atlas Consolidated Mining and Development Corporation. This isn’t just another equipment delivery; it is a strategic boost for the Philippines’ premier copper producer. When you are responsible for maintaining the pulse of one of the largest copper operations in Southeast Asia, “good enough” gear simply doesn’t exist. You need strong, dependable machinery, and BMC is here to provide the power and expert support that drives success.

Precision at Scale: Meet the Hitachi EX2000-7

Mining is a high-stakes game of endurance. At the Toledo Copper Mine, the environment is unforgiving, demanding equipment that can work through grueling cycles while remaining incredibly precise. The Hitachi EX2000-7 is built specifically for this level of intensity. Weighing in at nearly 200 tons, this machine is a masterpiece of Japanese engineering that balances raw strength with smart technology.

The heart of this worker is a 1,000 HP Cummins QST30-C engine, providing the force necessary to move massive amounts of earth every single day. However, power without efficiency is a thing of the past. Equipped with Fuel Consumption Optimization (FCO) technology, the EX2000-7 uses significantly less fuel than older models without losÌýÌý Ìýing a single second of work speed. For a massive operation like Carmen Copper, this efficiency means a smaller carbon footprint and a much stronger bottom line. Combined with a massive 12 m³ bucket capacity, the EX2000-7 is designed to load haul trucks faster, keeping the entire mine moving at peak performance.

A Partnership Built on Reliability

Carmen Copper’s legacy is one of resilience. Since Atlas Mining began its journey in the 1950s, it has evolved into a global player, navigating market shifts and geological challenges with grit and innovation. Today, as they continue to modernize their fleet, they require partners who move at their speed. At ÌÇÐÄVlog, we understand that a machine is only as good as the support behind it. Our collaboration with Carmen Copper goes beyond the hand-over of a key; we provide a complete system of reliability.

This commitment starts with real-time intelligence. Utilizing Hitachi’s ConSite IoT technology, we monitor the “health” of the EX2000-7 constantly, predicting maintenance needs before they become costly interruptions. Furthermore, our Hitachi-certified technicians are always on standby, ensuring that the “pulse” of the mine never skips a beat. We aren’t just supplying machines; we are powering the success of the companies that move the world.

Driving the Future of Philippine Mining

Copper is the “metal of the future,” essential for the global transition to green energy and electric vehicles. By powering Carmen Copper’s operations with the most advanced excavators in the world, BMC is helping position the Philippines as a vital link in the global supply chain. The deployment of the Hitachi EX2000-7 is a testament to what happens when local expertise meets world-class technology. It is a commitment to the workers in Toledo, the stakeholders of Atlas Mining, and the economic future of the country.

The future of mining is evolving, and so are we. Hitachi Construction Machinery will become LANDCROS starting April 2027. We are upgrading our identity to match the raw power and reliability you need to dominate the toughest jobsites. As your exclusive Philippine dealer, ÌÇÐÄVlog Corporation leads this transition, ensuring the same world-class service and expertise endure under our bold new name. Whether it is Hitachi or LANDCROS, the performance remains future-focused. Is your operation mission-ready? Let’s build the future, one bucket at a time.
